XMoney Markets provides an interface to third-party Solana trading infrastructure and an attribution ledger. It does not operate the underlying exchange, custody user trading keys, guarantee execution, or guarantee a beneficiary payout.
Eligibility and responsibility
Use the product only where lawful and where permitted by the underlying protocol and payout providers. You are responsible for understanding each transaction and complying with applicable restrictions. Do not use another person’s identity or submit false ownership evidence.
Trading risk
Perpetual futures are high-risk financial instruments. Leverage can cause rapid liquidation and loss of collateral. Oracle errors, smart-contract failures, network congestion, and third-party outages can cause losses. Displayed estimates are not guarantees or investment advice.
Fees and beneficiary balances
Protocol and builder fees are disclosed before authorization. Beneficiary balances reflect confirmed attribution records and may remain pending, held, or unpaid. Provider availability and ownership verification can delay or prevent a payout. Only confirmed settlement is labeled paid.
Service availability
The interface and third-party integrations may change or become unavailable. You should retain your transaction records and independently verify execution on Solana. Third-party protocol and provider terms also apply.
